Procrastination in your Business

Procrastination often resonates as a delay due to laziness or lack of effort. However, is that always the case? For me, procrastination makes me feel uneasy. Ill at ease. Dis-eased. Can you relate?
When you begin to fee uneasy, what is the normal reaction? You want a quick remedy to resolve it. A pill, a shot. Anything to fix what ails you, right? Procrastination in business acts in a similar manner as pain in the body. It doesn’t feel good. Productivity and progress are significantly slowed or limited. Sluggish. Why? Because something is out of place—out of sync.
At the same time, procrastination is an indicator. It alerts you to the fact that something needs to be addressed. My recommendation is this: The next time you find yourself procrastinating in your business (or in any aspect of life), get to the root of the problem. Just like a pain killer does not rid disease, pushing through procrastination won’t necessary eliminate it either. Listen to your business and to yourself. What messages are emitted?
I've created a procrastination workbook for such situations. The best solution to fix the problem is to determine why it exist.
Use my workbook to determine the role that procrastination plays in your business. Even more, see what it may cost you. Once you've gotten clarity, the solution is soon to follow.
